Between 1998 and 2000 I worked with Joel Zwink, of Zwink Photography in San Diego photographing the San Diego Convention Center Expansion.

Joel and I had a great time climbing on the steel beams, stumbling around the site, photographing it's industrial beauty.

The workers on this jobsite were incredibly nice to us, especially Billy Stuckey, who went out of his way to welcome us with his special brand of humor.

The poster at left, I designed using a combination of Joel's and my shots, was a centerfold in the August 1999 San Diego Metropolitan Magazine.
